VI. Registration and Accommodation
1. Registration
In accordance with the regulations for international conferences by relevant departments, this conference will primarily adopt an invitation system. Experts are requested to fill in the conference registration form (Appendix 1) and send it to the conference email address aimecs2025@zju.edu.cn. Alternatively, you may register online via the conference website http://www.aimecs2025.com/ . You may also scan the QR code below with WeChat to access the mobile registration page, click on "Register/Login", complete the registration form, and submit it. Follow the prompts to provide invoice information and make the registration payment.
Invited speakers, AFMC general assembly participating members and observers (provided by Secretariat of AFMC) are waived for registration fees. For other participants:
- By September 6, 2025: Registration fee of 600 dollars (300 dollars for students).
- After September 6, 2025 (including on-site registration): Registration fee of 700 dollars (400 dollars for students).
2. Accommodation
Invited speakers, AFMC general assembly participating members and observers (provided by Secretariat of AFMC) will be uniformly arranged to stay at Grand ParkRay Hotel, and no reservation is required. Other participants are requested to scan the QR code on the conference website (as shown above) to book rooms online.
Note: Due to the high demand for hotel rooms in late September, we strongly recommend that participants complete their hotel reservations online by September 6, 2025 (reservation confirmation is subject to successful online payment).
